His existing businesses include Automobiles, Pharma and Finance. He has been instrumental in the Group’s phenomenal growth in the last two decades.

An astute professional with more than 27 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Rakesh heads the Five Elements chain of hotels; his expertise lies in handling all aspects of hotel operations including Rooms Division, F&B operations, Sales & revenue, P&L and Cost Control. He has worked with various groups including Berkshire Hathway, Spree Group and Clarks Inn. As COO of FE, he will be leading the brand’s growth and expansion strategy.

Sandeep has more than three decades of experience in building and sustaining profitable business ventures across the Hospitality, Automobile, Telecom and Food retail sectors. He is a graduate of commerce from Delhi University.

Archana


Archana Vashisht
Head - HR.


Archana is an accomplished HR professional with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (Hons.) and an MBA in Human Resources. Her career spans from 2007 to the present, providing her with insights into the evolving HR landscape. She began her journey with Employee Background Verification at C.R.P. and I.V.F., later taking on roles at Serco (Times Job), Ledure (a Manufacturing Company), and E-Mind Shaper (Education Sector). Additionally, she served as Group Head HR at Arya Group, consistently excelling in her roles.

Her skill set includes Leadership, Team Management, Strategic Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Conflict Resolution, Legal Compliance and more, allowing her to effectively manage over 800+ employees across diverse brands such as Skoda, Tata, Royal Enfield, Asia Kitchen and North Avenue. She is eager to apply her extensive experience to new challenges and contribute to organizational growth.

Rohit Srivastava
AVP - Operations.


A hotel management graduate from ISM- Ranchi, Rohit carries over two decades of experience in hospitality including hotel and club verticals. Has worked with reputed hotel brands such as Jaypee, Kamats, Sarovar and Spree while building relationships with prominent developers like DLF, Ireo and Emaar, heading and managing their clubhouses through different models.

At FE Hotels, will be looking after the entire hospitality operations. My expertise: Pre-opening | Training | F&B Operations | P&L Management | Cost Control | Sales Promotion

Ram Avtar Yadav
Manager - Accounts & Finance Corp.


With hands on expertise of more than 18 years in finance, Ram is an alumni of SMU. He holds a Masters in Finance and have worked in Pharmaceutical, Real Estate and Hospitality sectors. He was earlier associated with Ansal Group, heading their overall finance activities for the hospitality division. At FE Hotels, he will be heading the hospitality vertical ensuring all financial discipline and raising the vertical to attain maximum profitability.

Boasting a successful history in luxury hotels, he excels at crafting exceptional dining experiences, menu curation, and cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality standards, prioritising staff growth, ensuring guest satisfaction and seamless collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals. His commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety is unwavering, resulting in a track record of consistently surpassing industry benchmarks. With a customer-centric approach, he has honed the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations, transforming dining occasions into unforgettable experiences.
